Winter 2008

The Big EZ boasts two private trout ponds for owners to perfect their fly-fishing skills. A 160 acre permanently preserved common area has a trail system for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding in the summer. These trails, which connect into the National Forest trail system, have incredible views and are just minutes from each owner's front door.

Big EZ Estates owners enjoy resident membership in The Club at Spanish Peaks, a private ski and golf club located just seven miles away. In addition to the Club at Spanish Peak's private ski area, owners have exclusive lift access to the combined trails of Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin. Along with world-class skiing, there is the Tom Weiskopf Signature golf course, which is ranked #2 in the Rockies by Golf Digest. Other amenities include Spanish Peak's private blue-ribbon fly-fishing camp, swimming pool, horseshoe pits, cross-country ski trails, driving range and private restaurant and bar.

Big Sky is also part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem, the largest intact ecosystem remaining in the lower 48 with an abundance of resident moose, elk, deer, sand hill cranes, coyotes, and the occasional bear.

The surrounding area is rich with outdoor activities. Yellowstone National Park is a short 45 minute drive. World-class trout fishing, river rafting and kayaking are minutes away on the Gallatin River. Other nearby activities include snowmobiling, sleigh ride dinners, winter dog sled rides, skating on the rink in the Town Center, horseback riding, and endless opportunities for hiking and rock climbing.

Big Sky has more to offer than just exceptional outdoor adventures. The area has a wide variety of dining options with more than 25 restaurants and an assortment of shops, art galleries, boutiques and other services in the Big Sky Town Center. Big Sky has numerous special musical, educational, and shopping events throughout the year.
