The Big EZ Estates consist of 53 home sites ranging in size from 20 to 40 acres providing privacy, spectacular views and amenities unique to the area. Home sites are conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from the Town Center in Big Sky, Montana.

A 160 acre permanently preserved common area has a trail system for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. These trails, which connect into the National Forest trail system, have incredible views and are just minutes from each owner's front door.

The surrounding area is rich with outdoor activities. Yellowstone National Park is a short 45 minute drive. World-class trout fishing and river rafting are minutes away on the Gallatin River. Other nearby summer activities include outdoor concerts, horseback riding, golf, and endless opportunities for hiking. Winter brings options for skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh ride dinners, dog sled rides and skating on the rink in the Town Center.

The Big EZ Estates property was originally developed by Steven and Donna Hicks who fell in love with the area. They built the Big EZ Lodge and developed the surrounding property into 20 and 40 acre parcels for single family residences. The twelve room lodge operated for several years before being sold as a single family residence in late 2013.

The Big EZ Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) is dedicated to serving the interests of the Big EZ Estates owners. The HOA is focused on helping build a strong community of owners who wish to maintain the natural beauty and wildlife of this very special and fragile ecosystem nestled at 7,500 feet in the Rocky Mountains contiguous to the Gallatin National Forest.
